Terms of Service

Last updated 14 September 2026

The agreement between you and Brillas Labs LLC for using Vinqula. Written to be read.

1. Who we are

Vinqula is provided by Brillas Labs LLC (“we”, “us”). You can reach us at support@vincula.app.

These Terms are the agreement between you and us for your use of the Vinqula apps and service. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the service.

2. Who may use it

You must be at least 16 years old, and you must have the authority to connect the accounts you connect — your own, or ones you are permitted to act for.

You are responsible for what happens under your account, including messages sent from it. Keep your sign-in method secure and tell us promptly if you believe someone else has access.

3. What the service does

Vinqula brings the conversations from the accounts you connect into one place, keeps track of the people and projects they belong to, and — if you turn AI assistance on — drafts replies and suggests what needs attention.

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the apps for that purpose. You may not resell the service, reverse engineer it, work around its limits, or use it to send unsolicited bulk messages.

We act on your instruction. Anything the service does with a connected account is something you asked it to do, and it remains subject to that provider’s own terms.

4. Messages are sent by you

Nothing is sent on your behalf without your approval. Drafts are drafts until you review and send them, and it is your responsibility to check a message before it goes out — including who it is addressed to.

You are responsible for the content of what you send and for complying with the law where you and your recipients are.

5. AI features

AI assistance is off until you turn it on, and you can withdraw that permission at any time in Settings. What is shared, and with whom, is described in our Privacy Policy.

AI output can be wrong, incomplete or inappropriate for the situation. It is a draft for you to judge, never advice and never a decision. We make no warranty about its accuracy, and you are responsible for anything you choose to send.

6. Connected accounts and third-party services

The service works alongside providers such as Google, Microsoft, Apple, Telegram and Meta. We are not responsible for their availability, their policies, or changes they make to their platforms, and a provider may revoke access at any time.

You can disconnect any account from within the app, which stops us syncing it.

7. Subscriptions and payment

Parts of Vinqula may be offered as a paid subscription. Where a subscription is purchased through the Apple App Store, Apple takes the payment and Apple’s terms govern it: it renews automatically until cancelled, and you manage or cancel it in your Apple ID settings rather than with us. Cancelling stops the next renewal; the current period runs to its end.

Refunds for App Store purchases are handled by Apple under its refund policy. Where you buy directly from us instead, we will tell you the price, the billing period and how to cancel before you pay.

A free trial, where offered, converts to a paid subscription when it ends unless you cancel before then. Prices may change; we will give notice before a change affects a renewal.

8. Your content, and ours

Your messages, contacts, projects and drafts are yours. You grant us only the permission needed to operate the service for you: to store, process, sync and display that content, and — with your permission — to send it to our AI provider so a feature can return a result.

The apps, the service and everything in them other than your content belong to Brillas Labs LLC. Nothing here transfers our intellectual property to you.

If you send us feedback, we may use it to improve the product without owing you anything for it. We will not use your name publicly without asking.

9. Availability and changes

We improve the service continuously, and features may change, be added or be withdrawn. Where a change materially reduces what a paid subscription provides, we will give notice.

We do not promise uninterrupted availability. Maintenance, provider outages and faults happen.

10. Ending it

You can stop using the service at any time, and you can delete your account and all of its data from within the app. Deleting the app on its own does not cancel an App Store subscription — cancel that in your Apple ID settings.

We may suspend or end an account that breaches these Terms, that is used unlawfully, or where we are required to. Where we reasonably can, we will tell you first.

11. Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, we exclude implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits, or lost or corrupted data, and our total liability for any claim is limited to what you paid us in the twelve months before it arose. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

You agree to cover our reasonable costs if a third party brings a claim against us because of how you used the service.

12. The rest

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States, and disputes belong to the courts there, without affecting any consumer rights you have where you live.

We may update these Terms. Where a change is material we will tell you in the app or by email; continuing to use the service after that means you accept the updated Terms. We may send notices to the email address on your account.

If a provision turns out to be unenforceable, the rest still applies.
